- Coordinated task tracking and sprint planning via Jira for a cross-functional team building a library robot from concept to deployment.
- Assembled the robot's electrical and mechanical components, and set up its networking infrastructure - configuring access points and routers for reliable on-site wireless connectivity.
- Developed the Datastation App to scan library books and sync them over the network into the robot's database, handling 200+ book scans in a single sync.
- Tested and debugged hardware-software integration, resolving syncing issues between the scanning app and the robot's onboard systems.

- Automated the company's daily birthday-card process - pulling that day's birthdays from the employee database and auto-generating and emailing personalized cards to every department, removing a manual daily HR task.
- Built a Telegram bot that returns any employee's details in a single message, replacing a multi-click lookup process and cutting search time for HR and staff.
- Built an HR FAQ Telegram bot backed by a database of the most common employee questions, escalating anything outside that list to a dedicated web dashboard for HR to answer - reducing repeat walk-in questions.
- Built a Telegram bridge to the company's IT Helpdesk system, extending IT support access to offices outside Almaty that had no direct system access.

License Plate Detection & OCR (PlateScan)
Built a Flask app that detects license plates in uploaded photos with a fine-tuned YOLOv8 model, then reads the plate text with EasyOCR, returning an annotated image and per-plate confidence scores entirely in memory.
Used Car Price Predictor
Cleaned and engineered features from a ~19k-listing scraped used-car dataset, then trained and evaluated a scikit-learn regression pipeline (median error ≈14%, R² ≈0.71) served through a Flask web app where users enter car details and get an instant price estimate.
AI-powered expenses bot tracker
Built a Telegram bot that uses Claude AI to automatically record and categorize personal expenses (food, utilities, etc.) and generate detailed spending reports for any custom date range
Datastation App
Designed and developed an app for Datastation, a device that scans library books and syncs them over the network into a library robot's database - handling 200+ book scans in a single sync.
